How long is the cruise and what does it include?

Standard duration is 3–4 days. Packages include luxury en-suite cabin accommodation, all meals, non-alcoholic drinks, guided excursions with naturalists, snorkelling at premium sites and equipment, park entrance fees, fuel and professional crew.

Where does the cruise depart from?

Bangsal Harbor in North Lombok, about 1.5 hours from Mataram International Airport, with a typical 9:00 AM departure. Complimentary Lombok hotel transfers are included; optional Bali pickup is available for a fee.

What is the deposit and payment structure?

A 30% deposit secures your dates with the remaining 70% due 30 days before departure. Bookings made 60+ days ahead receive a 10% discount, and 0% interest installment plans are available for bookings over USD 5,000.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations 60+ days prior: full refund minus a USD 100 fee. 30–59 days: 50% refund. 15–29 days: 25%. Under 15 days: no refund. Flexible rescheduling within 12 months at no penalty.

Are there group discounts?

Groups of 8+ receive a 10% discount and 12+ receive 15%. Corporate bookings qualify for an additional 5%, with a dedicated expedition leader included.

Is the cruise safe and will I get seasick?

Yachts meet SOLAS international maritime standards with certified crew and annual inspections. Cruises run during the dry season for the calmest seas; complimentary seasickness medication, ginger and acupressure bands are available onboard.

Is it safe to see Komodo dragons?

Yes. Encounters are managed by certified park rangers within national park rules, keeping a 3+ metre distance (4 metres from 2026). Attacks are extremely rare — the 2024 incident rate was 0.01% of visitors.

How do I get to Lombok and is pickup included?

Most guests fly to Bali then take a 45-minute domestic flight to Lombok International Airport (Garuda or Batik Air). Lombok airport pickup is included; optional Bali–Lombok transfer packages cost USD 150–250.

Can I add diving to my cruise?

Yes. PADI-certified courses and guided dives are available, including Open Water certification during the cruise. Additional fees of $150–300 per dive apply depending on certification level.

Can you accommodate dietary and special requests?

Yes. Halal-certified, vegetarian and vegan menus are fully supported at no extra charge. Honeymoon, birthday and anniversary packages with cabin upgrades and celebrations are also available.
